I read X-Play decided to renege the title of "Best Wii Game" after playing the game more thoroughly.. Well I completed the game (unlocking all the extra features/ and swords), and to some degree their may be some truth to their decision albeit very minor. The game-play can get rather dull at times (especially if you decide to play the game again but with a different character - it feels like you are playing the same game again), and the plot(s) in the game are very anti climactic. That being said I still say it is a strong title and here is why: Simply put some of the battles you encounter throughout the game are marvelous and make it well worth the money you end up dishing out for the game. If you are looking for a decently made action game I would recommend this (but NOT for its RPG attributes), and especially for those who can appreciate its artistic and musical value.

    I give it a 4 out of 5

It is no Viewtiful Joe, but it has some unique moments of its own.

the game has beautiful art, that's why it provably sold out in japan
[im not saying the G-play its not good, I'm just saying that japan loves their cute anime char.]

This game looks great, and it obviously is great if it's allready sold out in Japan. What I'm still curious about is the controls. As long as it's not constantly shaking the wii mote to slash my sword, it should be fine. Over using the motion sencing technology can really make a good game a pain. Using it in small portions though can make it accessable.

What a HORRIBLE looking game! Is it for the Sega Genesis or the Nintendo 64? I would rather have a root canal than play this game.
