A NPC added in the North America version? Maybe it's a new character they added for Cosmos/Chaos. But who? Kaze/Makenshi? Aki Ross/General Hein? Ceodore/Maenas? Yuna/Shuyin? Kain? Lightning? Seifer? Gilgamesh? Guess i'll have to find out when it comes out.
