I just got xbox live on thursday and just earlier today I listened to some one say a lot of a rascist rants. I agree, and though I may say some profane things but never anything rascist.

back onto the topic here... There's nothing anyone can do about this bull crap talk from little kids. Only way that I can think of right now is to somehow convince all the parents to stop buying mature games to their little kids. Since that seems to cause many problems like idiots blaming the gaming industry on violence. OR just find the little kid and do what his parents didn't have the balls to do, spank *gasp* the hell out of that kid. Haha, no I just kidding about that one, but seriously, there's nothing anyone can do about that, yet..."

I totally agree with you about highly offensive words being used on XBOX Live. I get discouraged from playing XBOX Live when people start using recist slur. I believe that gamers should be more responsible for this controling this behavior. Gamers should start using the option to report the gamers so that Microsoft can beging to deal with these offensive gamers. The last thing that we need is to give senators and lawmakers another reason to spoil our gaming goodness."

"If you were a loser and coward and didn't have to be held accountable for the things you say wouldn't you take advantage of it? And later for the 12 yr olds, because those 12 year olds become 22 years olds who do the same thing. Immaturity has no age. Now imagine if that same individual had to stand face to face with the person he's name calling... do you actually think he'd do so? VSG's (virtual space gangsters) are everywhere. Personally filing a complaint works for me, if enough people did the same thing each time they heard something offensive XBox Live would suspend alot of individuals... regardless of who's using the offensive language."
