X-Play's Abbie Heppe recently got to visit Valve Software to get her hands-on Left 4 Dead 2, bringing you some amazing interviews and gameplay walkthroughs. While she was there, she also got a guided tour of Valve's offices from Left 4 Dead 2 writer Chet Faliszek. She was kind enough to bring a camera crew so you could go on your own little virtual tour of the offices.

Won't you go on that virtual tour with me?

Wow I want to pick up all of those comics. I've really been enjoying Sweet Tooth, because I love the Road and Bambi "You can call me flower if you want to". I have also now finally caught up with Secret Six so I can now pick up single issues.

Question to Blair or any of the comic book lovers of G4TV.com: I'm a Joss Whedon fan so I read Angel the comic. I heard that the writer on Fables will start writing for it. I was wondering if this is true. Any info is appreciated.

You work hard and you play hard, but how often do you laugh hard? If it's not often then you really need to watch more ATN. It's a constant parade of clumsy skaters, crazy show hosts, money hungry cyborgs and wild French comedians that will tickle your funny bone vigorously and leave you rolling on the floor laughing.

Can you guess what everyone on Feedback was talking about this week? Hint, hint: we're one week away from the highly anticipated launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. However you feel about Infinity Ward's latest entry in its shooter franchise, it's shaping up to be a monumental day for games. Chances are everyone could have talked about Modern Warfare 2 for an entire show, but as it turns out, there's a bajillion other games being released right now. So, we talked about those, too.

Feedback -- Potpourri Edition »

Here's what else Adam, Abbie, Sterling and I cover on this edition of Feedback:

  • That controversial Modern Warfare 2 viral video that showed up last weekend (and has since disappeared) sparks some heated discussion...and harsh words for Infinity Ward.
  • Even Nintendo's not sure what to do with the Wii these days. We look at where the Wii's come in the past few years and some up with some easy ways Nintendo can patch things up.
  • Game of the week? How about games of the week? DJ Hero, Tekken 6 and Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony -- batter up!
  • As more casuals join the ranks of our fellow gamers and achievements encourage players to venture into harder difficulty settings, a reader probes us about difficulty settings in games.

Feedback: doing a poor job of hanging signs with scotch tape since mid-2009. Sing our ballad and subscribe:

(And yes, we are aware that Sterling's microphone is underperforming this week. Top men are on the case. Top. Men.)

@ ZeroXLegend

A game's popularity in one territory has no bearing on its popularity in another. If you genuinely didn't enjoy a game but it was hugely popular in Japan or Korea, would you try to convince yourself that it must be you that is the problem and not the game? Maybe the Tekken series is just losing traction in North America. Not every gamer feels the need to justify the games he/she likes by noting the amount of other people that like it...get over yourself.

Nintendo has released new details, screenshots and a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. It has also been revealed that for the first time in the franchise’s storied history, Link and his beloved Princess Zelda (seemingly in spirit form only) will be joining forces to protect Hyrule and win the day. Aside from most likely criticizing every little decision Link makes, Zelda will provide players with tips and hints along the way, revealing paths to discover new areas, storylines and items.

Spirit Tracks will be rolling into town Dec. 7.

--Spoiler Warning--

Resident Evil fans are well aware of the series' collection of plot holes, oddities and all-around complexities in the storyline. Over the years, games like Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles have tied up many loose ends for the zombie-laden franchise. The upcoming Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicleslooks to continue the storyline repair work while giving Wii rail-shooter fans an improved experience over the previous Umbrella Chronicles

Listen in as Capcom's product marketing manager Matt Dahlgren previews the new South American setting, Krauser/Leon backstory, new characters Javier and Manuela and more in this 10 minute direct-feed tour of the game.

Split/Second "Can It Outrun A Building" Trailer »

Explosions, cruise ship collisions, and all around mayhem: Not what you'd expect from a racing game. Split/Second, the upcoming racing game from Disney Interactive Studios and Black Rock Studios, has a new trailer, and it's shiny.

Split/Second was the winner of the Game Critics Awards for Best Racing game at E3 2009. The game takes a unique spin on the racing genre, as the trailer clearly shows. Rather than being based on simple competition, Split/Second revolves around a reality television series, so the courses are lined with explosives, crashes and towering structures just waiting to make you go splat. If this trailer is any indication, look forward to an action-packed game in 2010.

Split/Second will be released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC.

usually hype comes from A: mass effect was good (in my opinion), and B: 2 bioware does make some good games.

anyway it also seems to many the definition of overhype is that its being talked about at all

It's getting cold outside, and all of the jackets and scarves in the world aren't going to keep you completely warm and toasty. You need something that's going to warm you from the inside, like a bout of good laughter or a warm puppy. You can definitely get that from Around the Net today. Our videos feature a disastrous truck crash, a horrible piano rendition of a hip hop classic, a dog who can mambo and a rapping Joe Pesci. These videos will most certainly make the season a lot easier to deal with.

Damn, this is the second game I've ever seen for Wii that made me want one. The other one was Madworld. I'll wait to see though, if it eventually makes a port of the PS3 when the motion controllers come out in spring. Considering, that RE5 is already going to support it, it seems likely we'll see this to.

As you might have noticed in the media, the talk of the gaming town is unquestionably Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Just to add to the growing pile of MW2 publicity is a Eminem-infused, accolade-riddled launch trailer for the game.

A gaming event, no doubt. A phenomenon, it's looking bloody likely.

Wait wait wait, Space!
Flipping awesome. Kinda wish i didn't see it though, but i trust IW to have much more HolyCrap moments in the game.

In response to another comment, BEST GAMES OF ALL TIME so far

1) Metal Gear Solid 4
2) Uncharted 2
The rest: Mass Effect, Bioshock, so on, so forth.

Hmmm, I have this funny feeling that MW2 is going to change my list a little.
