The amount of hype leading to Apple's iPad reveal this week was astounding. You couldn't avoid it if you tried (but why would you?). It's difficult to imagine how even Apple could have lived up to the expectations for their latest product. The iPad has been revealed, however, and we decided to check in with some of the same iPhone developers we previously asked to make predictions about the then-mysterious new tablet device. Did the iPad live up to their expectations? Not for everyone -- yet.

Perhaps the biggest question going into Apple's event today wasn't if Apple would reveal their tablet (now revealed to be the iPad), but how much the device would actually end up costing.

The continued prominence of video games on the iPhone and iPod Touch made it a natural expectation that Apple would make video games part of the company's tablet device, now revealed to officially be called the iPad. At the San Francisco event today, Apple showed off a number of games for the device.
i at least tought it would have like a 1tb HDD or a leopard like software not just be an obese iPhone
