demo from the PlayStation Store. We're not planning to run a review of GoW Collection, but that doesn't mean that we haven't taken the time to set up some comparison videos detailing the visual differences between both games running on a backwards-compatible PlayStation 3 versus the newly redone game. I've written up some impressions to go alongside the videos, which you can check out here.
In order to properly display the action, the comparison videos focus on two areas: combat and cinematic moments, such as cutscenes or quicktime events. Whether it’s Kratos jamming a Kraken head through a ship mast or climbing into the animated Colossus of Rhodes statue to dismantle it from within, I think the videos speak for themselves.
Take a look and decide if there’s room on your shelf for God of War Collection!

I bought it, it's frackin awesome!!! the only problem is mine didn't include the voucher for the GoW III download, I have to go through the hassle of emailing Sony to get it, apparently they forgot to put it in some of the copies ??????

It's a sweet package. The games look good and the GoW III demo is so awesome! Not a bad price tag either. Totally worth the $$

well i understand if someone doesn't want to buy it because already dished out 100 bucks when they first came out on ps2 or something, but I passed the first one when it came out but never bought it, and never played the second one at all so when this came out... I jumped at the offer.

The trophies are just a bonus for going through these glorious games again, praises aside, why did'nt they HDify(new word trademarked by me) the cutscenes, though they kind of hold up through the test of time, they should have bumped them up.

I rented them originally and I usually don't go back and play too many old games, but with the HDification and the trophies I couldn't resist. It will give me a good refresher course before 3 comes out.

if your a fan.... u should have no doubt about picking this up. Well worth the investment. Besides, you get the demo for GoW3 from E3! It's amazing! You will not be disappointed....Trust me. We need more games like this.
