The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Trailer Delivers Release Date And New Details
Nintendo has released new details, screenshots and a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. It has also been revealed that for the first time in the franchise’s storied history, Link and his beloved Princess Zelda (seemingly in spirit form only) will be joining forces to protect Hyrule and win the day. Aside from most likely criticizing every little decision Link makes, Zelda will provide players with tips and hints along the way, revealing paths to discover new areas, storylines and items.

Lol so Zelda dies for once.

Now it actually looks half way decent. I played a demo of it at VGxpo and thought the gameplay was rather dry.

As long as Zelda doesn't shout, "HEY! LISTEN!" :)

Well this should be an interesting Zelda game with the train and Zelda's spirit following you around
Kinda reminds me of Navi from OoT xD
Hopefully she won't be annoying and yell at you every 10 seconds xP

why dont all the wannabe critics stop complaining about how crappy something MAY be and just shut up and not buy it.. cant anybody appreciate a childhood game brought back to life or would you rather not have a new game and just play the old ones through a million times...thats real fun

Meh. I'm gonna get the game to fulfill my fanboy ways regardless but the trailer did nothing for my excitement level. Looks to be very similar to Phantom Hourglass, graphics, enemies, dungeons, etc. Not that that is totally bad, I did love PH, just would have liked to see something different.
Also, I'm a professional critic so my complaining will never be silenced.
huzzah.

meh i guess ill still get it.

ehhh that black train, was ganon...O.o
Joe22
not ganon, the demon king, we should have seen him or at least a hint.
It's good that Zelda is coming along this time, but is this just a way for Nintendo to make it "user friendly" and easier to win? I mean for the past three years their games have been beyond easy to the point of almost no focus being required.

So long as the story is not painfully nostalgic.
(defeating monsters, solving puzzles ... in a story eternally retold ...and again. ...and again.)

can't wait to play it on the DSi LL... i love japan!
badATchaos
since when did the medieval theme of zelda change to steampunk?
EnCFusion
Are we seeing an evolving Zelda universe? First boats and water. Now Trains and land (i guess they got rid of the water somehow). What could be next? Airplanes? Cars?
BTW it looks good. was skeptical at first but now i might get it.

At the rate the Zelda universe is evolving, I would say that coming up next would be spaceships and instead of land we will see planets and stars.

Looks more interesting than Phantom Hourglass. Can't wait for December 7!
