Other video game bloggers might use this as an opportunity to talk about the advances in graphical and processing power that allow consoles to render such realistic skin tones, and point out the Dragon Age uses the Eclipse engine and is a "spiritual successor" to Baldur's Gate.
Maybe they would go on to discuss whether "realism" actually creates a more immersive game, or whether we are, in fact, trapped in the "Uncanny Valley" and video game characters that aim for verisimilitude often end up creepily surreal instead. But I'm going to be honest here, and just tell you that the picture is from Maxim.com, where all the girls of Dragon Age are gathered for your looking at and/or ogling pleasure. Maybe I'll add: "DAAAMN, Man! That girl is smokin'!.

When it gets too realistic it just scares the poop out of me. When they master exact representations of humans onto video games, it's going to be very eerie. I might quit video games then.
