(other than to find yet another way to incorporate an Uncharted 2 reference into a Morning Hangover post)? There's actually an easy answer: both games are coming out on the same day, October 13. We're still a week out from both games launching, but given the economic climate, most gamers may have to choose one or the other.

Well of course. . .whoever doesn't have a PS3 they'll go with Brutal Legends.
For most PS3 owners (like me and already have preordered it a month ago) will buy Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Brutal Legend EASILY. Even if Uncharted is more polished, better gameplay, and a better story I would still go with brutal legend. Simply because Tim makes games like no other, and I like to play something Ive never played before instead a quality game that I wouldn't be able to shake the feeling that Ive played something like this before.

3 weeks ago, I would have answered Brutal Legend without a second thought. After spending a week playing the Uncharted Multiplayer demo, I am trying to find a way to get both. My heart screams for metal, and if I can't afford both, Tim Schaffer wins the round only to be followed two weeks later by Uch2.
We'll see though. We shall see.

If I owned a PS3, I'd probably get both. As it is, I've got my preorder in for Brutal Legend and can't wait to enjoy the metal experience.

I also like both, but I do not think Brutal Legend is worth $60. It is true that it has online multiplayer, but Uncharted 2' online component seems more robust. I will get Uncharted 2 first and then Brutal Legends when its price comes down a bit.

tough call, I was able to get both demos this weekend. I have no doubt I'm getting Uncharted. the Multiplayer has been absolutely amazing fun much to my surprise. I'm really looking forward to diving in to single player next week.
Brutal Legend surprised me greatly. I liked the demo a lot more than I thought I would. even though it doesn't look special and the beat-em-up games get old to me I thought it was a very unique experience. I thought the comedy was a little lame but the fighting is genuinely fun and the music was excellent. and I'm no metal head

I'll be picking both up, but I think I'll start with Uncharted 2 first, then work my way to Brutal.

Brutal Legend. Tim Schaffer has always put out good product. I have also been waiting for Brutal Legend a hell of a lot longer.
I'll get UC2 for Christmas I think, if not I will buy it the day after Christmas.

I wasn't sure about Brutal Legend because it remind me of Overlord or something and I play the demo last weekend. I was like wow, I like Brutal Legend. I will pick it up later this month. Too bad, I don't have a PS3 so I don't know what Uncharted 2 like. I'm sure it's like Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones style.

I'm getting them both on Oct 13. I'm not using the Toys R Us deal because there isn't a 3rd game I want - although I'm open to suggestions...
I'm not even buying MW2 on its release date. I'll probably have my hands full with Uncharted and Brutal Legend.
