With the pending release of the All Fronts Collection and Dark Corners DLC, our exclusive video interview with Epic’s Design Director Cliff Bleszinski teases a few things Epic might have in the hopper.
“It remains to be seen what we’re going to do with further downloadable content. There’s a ton of stories to tell in this universe in regards to the Pendulum Wars or in regards to physically seeing or maybe playing Emergence Day. I can tell you that we as a studio are very busy and we do have a lot of cool, exciting, unannounced things going on but you’re going to have to wait and see…”
Bleszinski also gives word on the fact that not only does it seem like the studio is going to be putting the Unreal Tournament franchise on the shelf for a while, and there most likely will be another Gears title or further Gears of War 2 DLC coming, Bleszinski might already be looking past Gears, as well.
“I absolutely adore Gears, and you might be seeing more Gears in the future, but I’m starting to get a little hungry. We’ll see what else is out there.”
Could this new look at stealth with the Dark Corners DLC be a test for the folks at Epic Games for their next project? It’s known that Bleszinski is a Metal Gear and Splinter Cell fan. Could Epic be testing the waters for a new stealth action title? What do you think?

I want GoW groundbreaking material. Not a rushed piece of crap who's sole purpose is to milk money out of fans of the Epic brand. I still have faith in the company, but I feel like I am setting myself up for disappointment.
