Don't let it get to you man, there are many games that want to make me get a PS3. I'm starting so save up some money to buy one and hoping that the PS3 Slim is true and worth the wait. But even if it is not, I think God of War 3 and Heavy Rain will finally push me over the edge. I love God of War as much as I love the Splinter Cell franchise.
Speaking of which; I am getting way too excited at the prospect of this game. I am thinking that Splinter Cell: Conviction will be the first game I pre order since Halo 3. I hope it does not disappoint.

Always been a fan of the stealth/action genre. The development of this project seems like eons have passed but all in all its looking to have been worth it.

looks great, i hope it would eventualy come to ps3 (i know it won't... shame), it cant top MGS for me, but it looks epic, however it would be cool to use the classic splinter cell goggles, it just isn't splinter cell without them

Still psyched for the game, but come on... mostly recycled footage from previous gameplay trailers, re-organized into another trailer? Not very impressive, Ubisoft. I hope it's just because you were too busy finishing polishing the game.

Chill out guys. I promise that this game will end up on the PS3 just like Splinter Cell, Pandora Tomorrow, Chaos Theory, and Double Agent went to Xbox first and then the Playstation the following year. Mark my words. You CANNOT rely on third parties for exclusives. This will end up on the PS3 just like Castle Crashers, Lost planet, Bioshock, Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2, Tales of Vesperia, Dead Rising 2, etc.......

i have all other splinter cells, never finished them, im notorious for never finishin most games i get bored easily, n never though of buy thing one, but damn this game looks hot, this fall is the fall of all falls in games, so many i need all my digits to count with, includin my toes
