The Dark Knight actor Christian Bale has been a popular choice among gamers to take on the role of Solid Snake in a film adaptation of the Metal Gear Solid series, but there's some bad news. The grizzled actor told MTV Multiplayer he hasn't been approached about a Metal Gear Solid movie, but admits he is a fan of the games.
Has Bale been approached about Metal Gear Solid? "No," he said.
But does he play video games? "Yes," he said.
Okay, what games does he play? "That," he said.
By that, of course, Bale means Metal Gear Solid. Apparently, he's also a massive fan of short answers. For gamers looking forward to a Bale-Kojima teamup, however, they'll have to keep wishing.

If he can keep the Batman gravel voice under control he'd make a decent Solid Snake. But if and when they made a Metal Gear movie. There are a few others that could also fill Snake's boot.

i think that he could be good but would end up ok. Maybe they have some random guy we have never heard of or Kojima made a real life clone of Big Boss/Solid Snake and then i would crap my pants. But i hope they retell a game or at least make the movie into an awsome game.
