G4 is excessively proud to announce our Comic-Con collaboration with Lucasfilm. On Saturday July 25th at 2:00pm we'll be bringing the world The Star Wars Spectacular, the first-ever, exclusive television broadcast of a presentation from San Diego's Comic Con International. The presentation will feature never-before-seen footage, breaking news, surprise announcements, guest stars, a live table-read of an exclusive new Clone Wars script, and a lot more...and that's only the start of our five hours of non-stop Comic-Con coverage.

2009’s Comic-Con International marks another Lucasfilm milestone – the launch of the Star Wars Stories Project. Fans of the Saga will have the opportunity to become a part of the Star Wars universe by contributing to Lucasfilm’s own historical archive. Soliciting movie memories and nostalgia, the Star Wars Stories Project invites fans to share their own tales of fandom through video testimonials. For examples, check out the video below:

Star Wars Comic-Con Submission Example »

Please, visit our Comic-Con page to submit your memories. If you're going to Comic-Con, you'll have the opportunity to record your stories at Lucasfilm’s pavilion on the Comic-Con floor.

Only 6,500 of the many, many nerds at the Con will be allowed into the Lucas presentation, but our cameras will be there, bringing you a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy the freshest word on everything Star Wars as it happens. Not only will you be able to check out the panel, you'll be able to participate. We're taking questions about The Clone Wars on our website, and we'd love you to send your Clone Wars-specific questions to the panel.

So what are you waiting for? Set your TiVo, fire up your video camera and send Lucasfilm your Star Wars Saga memories and Clone War questions!

I just finished watching the Star Wars Spectacular, and I just have to say Olivia Munn was off her game. She was terrible as a hostess. What in the world was with you and that wig???That was terrible, trying to put on the wig on two of the presenters, that was just childish, and dumb.I have to say it almost seemed like you where either drunk or drugged up...You lost my credibility as a game host...until you redeem yourself...if you can!!!
