As if another Punch Out!! game weren't good news enough, Nintendo Italy has revealed that the upcoming Wii version of the console classic will incorporate the Wii Balance Board. It will allow players to physically shuck and jive to avoid blows from the likes of Glass Joe, King Hippo and Don Flamenco before performing some sweet chin music.
Finally, those famous words spoken by Little Mac after the 1987 championship bout with Mr. Dream make sense. "Shift on your Balance Board, sting like a bee," he said. I just thought he was suffering from brain damage caused by several vicious blows to the head.
Also, if you're a die hard Punch Out!! fan and love metal, I suggest giving a listen to the song, "Little Mac's Confession" by the Swedish, Nintendo-themed metal band, Game Over. It's deep -- more so than Joe Esposito's "You're the Best Around" from the Karate Kid soundtrack.
