Yesterday, X-Play revealed the release date (Feb. 27, 09) for Killzone 2 on the show, but that was only for the United States. Today, Video Gamer was able to get a statement out of Sony Europe in regards to the European release date for our friends across the pond:
A representative from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe said, "we are targeting a similar timeframe for the release of Killzone 2 in the PAL regions; specific launch dates will be communicated at a later date."
That's not quite definite enough for my taste, but you can definitely check out this footage of two new weapons from the game:
Hopefully, this means the same date or earlier for the Euro crowd.
