We just got back from Take-Two Interactive's press event at this year's E3, and, as you'd expect, we brought all the news you could possibly want. Overall, it was pretty heavy on the video montages.

Things kicked off with Take Two's CEO taking the stage. He'd very proud of the launch and success of Grand Theft Auto IV,  Bioshock, and the rest of the Take Two lineup and wants to stress that TT is where developers are allowed to be creative. Then, Ben Feder gets up to show off a montage of Take Two sports titles: NBA 2K9, Don King Prize Fighter and the Major League Baseball franchise are on display.

We get a brief demo of NHL 2K9 for the Wii. Looks pretty fun, and you can drive the zamboni, so if ice-smoothing is your thing, you're in luck. The Wii-mote enabled cross-checking looks like it will be fun, and add some great physicality to the title. Then we get NBA 2K9 demo. We are promised impressive online interaction. It's hard to tell from these very brief demos, but the two sports titles seem solid, if not exactly mind-blowing.

Then on to the kiddy, 2K Play Line: Go Diego Go and Dora the Explorer in video montage form. We get to see the trailer for videogame Carnival Games Mini Golf. If you liked the first one (and a lot of people did) you'll dig this one, we guess. It features more robust character customization including dressing like a pirate.

Champions Online is dated: Spring 2009 for Xbox 360 and PC.

We reported this before, but it needs repeating: Bioshock will have exclusive PS3 content. Here's a few details: "challenge rooms" in Rapture, new plasmids and new tonics.

Borderlands is shown. The Sci-Fi shooter features over half a million weapons(?!) with each weapon having stats: Primary and secondary effects. the secondary effects are things like electricty and explosion. The huge number of gats is because each is randomly generated with different power-ups and features .We see some very violent and gory footage of alien destruction and some footage of co-op vehicular combat.  Looks pretty impressive, particularly the acid-gun. I will totally melt faces. It comes out on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in 2009.

There is a brief mention of Grand Theft Auto China Town for the Nintendo DS, but no new info. Just a basic, "hey, stay tuned."

Plus, we see a little of RockStar's L.A. Noire, which (we think) is an open-world game set in the 1940s of old detective movies. To close things out, we get a title card for the new Red Dead Revolver game. But that's all! I guess that's why they call them teasers--consider us teased.
