So one guy calls another guy a "nerd" in an online trollfight. It happens. A lot. And with much worse terms than "nerd."
Russell Tavares - the alleged "nerd" - drove 1300 miles from Virginia to Texas where the nerd-caller lived AND BURNED HIS HOUSE DOWN. Read that again, and think about driving 17+ hours to burn down some guys house because he called you a nerd. And TheFeed has driven to central Texas many times. There's a whole lot of nothing for a long time.
What put him over the top is the best part:
Investigators say Tavares boiled over when Anderson called him a nerd and posted a digitally altered photo making Tavares look like a skinny boy in high-water pants, holding a gun and a laptop under a "Revenge of the Nerds" sign.
TheFeed just wishes that it would have been a cat-macro that put him over the top. Our heart would have exploded and you'd have to carry on without us... but it would have been worth it.
So to all of you forum and comment trolls (you know who you are), remember that there are real people who have serious psychological issues trolling the same boards as you. Might make you think twice before flaming eachother about whichever console you think is superior.
