Blizzard says that they might revive the Starcraft: Ghost project, which has been long in development but indefinitely postponed. Rob Pardo, speaking at the Hollywood and Games Summit yesterday, acknowledged that he was interested in bringing the game back, and felt that Blizzard hadn't done everything they could do with the characters.
Still, since Blizzard has so much on their plate that it would be a long, long time before they were able to get to it, what with the announced World of Warcraft expansion and the hoped-for Starcraft II on the way. Fans will just have to wait a while, it seems.
