A devastating explosion causes a New York freeway tunnel to collapse sealing up both entrances and trapping several survivors inside. Their only hope is to escape through a tunnel that's leaking water from the Hudson River. Perhaps, they could have used one of the bodies floating in the river to plug up the holes in the tunnel.
