Wow, did they really just have an entire press conference talking about one game? That was stupid. Lost Planet was a dissapointment in the first place.

Lost Planet sucks, why can't they talk about their good franchies. Also jakenator, what are you smoking? EA and Ubisoft blew this away with games like EA: Mirror's Edge, Spore, and Dead Space, Ubisoft: Prince of Persia, Far Cry 2, and End War for Hardcore Gamers. And then for causal gamers there was EA: The Sims 3. Ubisoft: Shawn White Snowboarding and Rayman Raving Rabbids 3

i cannot believe they spent the whole thing on LP. nevermind yknow, resident evil details or megaman 9 info. NO, we'll pretend this isnt a place to showcase games and talk about a MOVIE. ugh. lame.

I disagree with both jakenator and with chasosisover. This isn't the best conference. E3 is 90% video games. Why are they talking about a movie? Just because it is a movie based on a game means nothing. However, chasosisover is somewhat wrong. This is just as bad as Ubisoft's conference. EA beats both company's conference into the ground. I want GAMES not MOVIES!

How can they spend their WHOLE conference talking about a movie? Lost Planet wasn't even that big. I don't think that many people are excited about the movie. In addition, there's nothing about the movie yet. There's no cast, script, etc. They should have talked about their upcoming games like Street Fighter and Resident Evil.

I just wish capcom would stop messing with failures like LP and start working full force on my favorite title.Monster Hunter 3.And if they don't release it for PS3 a lot of people will be disapointed with having to buy it on Wii,which is pathetic for actiony games at all...

Alright, look. I'll agree that this press conference was boring as hell and all... Long story short, they dragged on with "we're making a movie, we're very excited". They talked about nothing else they had going for them, and that upsets me as well.

But Lost Planet was NOT a bad game. What is it about the game that everyone here seems to find so disappointing? Sure it wasn't a super AAA title, and the cutscenes were 'meh', but it was still a nice game to play.

Still, I'm not holding my breath for this movie. Just like any other adaptations, this one's probably not going to be anything significant.
