To all the people that don,t like the 360, please shut up. If you don't like the 360 don't get it and enjoy ps3, or the wii.I think Microsoft is doing good for themselve's, just like theps3.Stop looking at it like "ps3 had this fist", and enjoy what the 360 has to offer you. If it's not for you enjoy the system you do have, i can't wait for those games. As for this paying people off, you don't think sony, and nintendo do it too ? Microsoft dosn't need to pay people off, people like their system and say so that dosn't mean they got paid off, and you who say so are childes.

This is pretty amusing to say the least. Obviously someone who doesn't own both systems. I haven't seen a game that plays better on my PS3 than it does on my 360. (oh yeah, actually try reading reviews where they test both at the same time, you'll see the 360 versions are identical, better in some cases than the PS3 versions) Most people who just bash one or the other can't afford both systems so they have to make themselves feel special. Just enjoy the fact we have so many choices and try not to act 10. We are two years into the PS3 cycle and so far nothing has been released that couldn't be on the 360. By the time Sony really finds a way to tap into the power the 720 will be out and the field will be tilted again. Hell the WII outsells them both with inferior tech so don't tell me people just flock to the most powerfull machine. Try to relax and just enjoy the machine(s) you own. How weird would that be?!?!

I agree with what most of u guys are saying, the new dashboard is childish,
i dont like it,it seems to... something i dont like it, our gamer pics are
cooler then some "avatar" It is to childish, 360 has all these cool Mature games like Gears of War2,Far Cry 2,Dead Space, all with blood and gore and
then we come to the dash board, What the !@#$.Plus they seem to have stolen
Ps3's "home" thingy, and Wii's Mii thing. Thats !@#$ed up! The reason i
got a 360 is because how standard and simple it is to get online,u go to
the dash board, there's ur friends,and messages,maybe sum things u might want to check out. See simple! 360 is going down hill, except for the games they are still going strong!

P.S. im not a fan boy of either system,just somebody who likes to play games and hates whats happening to those companies. No one cares for the
gamers all they care about is "money" luckly the dev guys care,they want to make the best game for us not the company,well maybe?Gears of War is
a great game, is Cliffy B concerned wit money or how we like the game? Im
leaning towards how we like the game cuz its fun to play and not like most games,if he was a money hungry guy,he would send us sum cheap game that no one likes and just let us be on our way.

While i'll state again that I'm not a Sony fanboy, i believe that sony talking about their PS2 wasn't really a bad thing it's nice to see that the old systems aren't becoming expensive paper weights, not to mention i believe when MSG4 came out (and PS3 sales finally beat Wii's sales in japan) the PS2 still outsold the 360 over there so obviously people are still loyal to it. And I would also like to point out that all this fighting over console superiority is just as stupid now as it was between the PS2 and Xbox if you cant afford both (or all 3) please dont bash the competition. all the systems are great in their own ways (even the Wii)

so what if blue ray is better than dvd microsoft doesnt need it to be better than sony the online for the ps3 is blown away by the 360 and the fact that ps3's read dics slower because of the blue ray player which forces you to install games from the dics which blows. xbox 360's dont force you to do that and soon you will have the choice too and xbox 360's do have an hdmi output. and a new nanochip is coming with the new 60gb xbox that will almost never fail whoever bags on the xbox has either never played it or they just want attention so dont listen to them

@chill I have never had issues, not everyone does. Also the elites have HDMI and 120 gb's so that kinda throughs that out the window. Also, other that MGS, PS developers haven't even cared to use the blue-ray's power for it. Now onto the 360. This E3 was HUGE. They showed off some great games. The people who have said that Microsoft hasn't shown anything for 2009, thats what everyone said about 2008. At the beginning of the year everyone said that MS had their big year last year and now have nothing and look at this year. Gears, Fable, Fallout (with exclusive content) shows that Microsoft knows what they are doing. Great year for them.

I think the 360 won just because of the fact that they are changing the way the online dashboard looks and for having netflix. I know i cant wait to see how this works. to the stupid guy the say that all 12 final fantasy are only on ps1 do your homework first ok the first final fantasy was on nintendo first the second third and five never came to america on till part 4 was part 2 on the nintendo and part six was part three on the super nintendo the real second final came to ps1 and part three was release only on nintendoDS as a true remake with updated 3D graficts last year and part 4,5,6 where release as copolations on the ps1 as well as gameboy advance the first ps1 final fantasy is 7 and the best so far of the series as well 8,9,came to the ps1 part 10 and 10-2

came to the ps2 as well as 12 and 11 came to ps2 as mmo it also came to pc and xbox 360 and there expantion too everyboby else who got shock of ff13 coming to the xbox 360 square-enix was not the first time they did this they did it to nintendo when it when to sony ps1 with ff7 they have to keep profit up and by doing this they well make more games plus if they wanted shock the fans of sony they could have annouce ff7 remake to the xbox360 that would shock even sony ff7 made ps1

i didnt like the look of the new 360 dash bored but i think that sony and microsoft did equally as well b/c 360 seemed to go for a wider audience with there famly games and they talked about a few exclusives (GEARS OF WAR 2) but the ps3 won by far when it came to exclusives i was impressed byt the 256 multiplayer M.A.G and resistence 2 and finnaly got a better look at kilzone 2 over all both sony and microsoft did a great job and are really givvin it all this year i think and for nintendo on the other had it was horrible there biggist announcment was some kirby game and a mario baseball i mean nintendo just wants money thats y they go for a bigger audence they dont care about hardcore gamers go sony and microsoft though

ok for dawgsfan117 when you said final fantasy dates back to ps1 well it actually it started on Nintendo and then went on sony ps1 so for every one who says that square enix betrayed sony or are mad that it is going on the 360 remember that it was not always a sony exclusive and square enix is moving it to the 360 cause it is more popular then the ps3 and they want to make more money and they can make more money if they put it on the 360

Looking at how detailed FFXIII is, I wouldn't say there's no basis to the multiple disk/watered down graphics claims about how the XBox version will be. The game engine was designed for the PS3, and bringing it to the 360 will be quite difficult, and there will probably be some trade-offs in the process. However, they will both be the same game in the end. Final Fantasy should never be about graphics.
Frankly, I'm not expecting much from FFVersusXIII, because from what I've seen of the trailer, there's an extremely high chance of it going wrong. Not only is Nomura not on a leash (like he should be), but the fighting style is rumored to be the same mediocre style seen in Kingdom Hearts and Crisis Core. Some people like that, but it's extremely easy, and frankly it's something FF can do without. Also, KH3 isn't even in development, so I don't see how that game can be used as an argument.
