this could really get ugly, 2 huge companies going at it... dangerous for everything all around really... still i personally think google is best @ software.. but u never kno...

I'm thinking that the OS is going to be something that takes like 5 seconds to boot that Ill dual boot (or triple boot, Vista and W7 here) to go online or something, effectively turning part of my gaming PC which takes a few minutes to fully boot into a netbook of sorts. idk, Im with Kevin on this one. I love the browser and google makes simple quality stuff, and if it's free, Ill download it. I hope they'll keep the speed priority from the browser.

Who knows, if they keep it fast, it prolly won't have many background programs running (looking at YOU, vista with your Aero) so it will be pretty zippy. maybe good for a quick check of the auctions on WoW.

Yes I like GOOGLE! I like to see microsoft crash and burn! Kidding!
I do not hate micro soft, I like to see another search engine be better than another search engine.
