*Sighs* They forgot the most important thing when hacking your Wii, D: . You need Bootmii so you don't accidently screw up your Wii, :D.

wat do u have to have to unzip the file because i did everything it said and it didnt work then i went on youtube and it said i had to unzip the file but apperently that cost money

For good tutorials, and all the help you need to get started go to yafaze.com. Tell them I sent you. They'll be sure to point you in right direction for most Wii hacking questions. Not to mention they are "noob" friendly so they won't "flame" you for not knowing and asking simple questions.

oh god. reading all the noob questions on this page is a nightmare. This is why the hacking community should never be featured on stupid shows like this otherwise spawns of noob who want FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE softwares will follow blindly into hacks without knowing the consequences.

for example, running emulators on the wii will technically be stealing from Nintendo because they already let you do that on the wii by buying the game.

btw, doing something wrong on your SUPERCOOL HACKORZ WII will render your system useless without precaution.

Thanks for airing this on tv, idiots! Now we have a new system update that removes ALL hacks & homebrew! We only have you to thank for this! Chris Hardwick is a moron for doing this!! It is kind of suspicious to me that you guys aired this and then 11 days later Nintendo comes out with an upgrade that un-hacks your Wii. It has also been a little over a month since WANINKOKO has left the homebrew scene & can no longer help us fix this issue. DO NOT INSTALL THE NEW UPDATE 4.2!!!

I hope I haven't updated my wii... so I can still use this.

This almost makes me wish that consoles were more like the wii hacked (but still with overall better hardware) where it's open to indie developers (and not restricted like how what apple sometimes does with their apps), but at the same time big developers still make blockbuster games for it.
