I am all for getting rid of shows like Cops and crap that a lot of other people dont like. Though there may be a lot of demand for it from enough ppl.

Now on bringing back the old shows....I would love another Screen Savers. Keep AOTS, I love it, but in my opinion Screen Savers was just for a differnt group of ppl.

As for a new Xbox.....man that would be cool.

But that would also piss me off.

They said that it would make everybody happy. I don't think that HD is the answer either because most people still don't have HD (i.e. me) and that would not make them happy. It's still a bigger possibility than the aforementioned XBOX "720", but I don't think that is their big announcement.

I'm hoping that they will be the first to announce the details on this super secret project between P. Jackson and Bungie.

they are renaming it MSTV. since they just got boughtout/partnered with microsoft.

and will only be available on the xblive network but we still have to pay our cable fees and $50 M$ fee so we can go online. (LAME).

Maybe Anna David will have her own show giving people relationship advice and we will see her in 1080pHD.Maybe they will have hot blonde girls in bikinis talking about games and gadgets.Hopefully guys from the original The Man Show will come back to make new episodes.Or better yet G4TV will be like CNN but with 24/7 news on new high tech gadgets like engadget,gizmodo,& blog.scifi.com/tech and reviews and previews of video games.Hopefully all of the shows on G4 will be cancelled except for The Man Show that was the best show besides AOTS.

Haven't posted here in two years...but this got my attention. It would be a cream dream if they revert to an actual gaming channel and bring back great shows like G4TV.com, Arena, the real Icons, Judgement Day, etc. Stop with this re-run crap. The channel is essentially on life support, with AOTS and X-Play being the equipment that keeps it alive. I really hope this channel returns to it's former glory...meh.

also, The fact that the annocement is going to be made at 7:20 probley has nothing to do with anything. just happens to be a good place to put it after around the net and the first commercial break. I'm sure no ones leaving, because this is good news, also no matter how hard you prey, Tech TV shows arn't coming back. There is a chance it has to do with spaceballs, bt hopefully not because thats something we all ready know about. It could have some thing to do with E! but i'm guessing not.

Maybe they are going to replace Adam and Morgan with some unbiased reviewers. Sense Adam and Morgan have been sucking the perverbial nipple off MS for yrs. They wont even give a review over 3 of 5 for any other game. An if it is a MS game with hype its gaunteed a 5 of 5 or 4 at least. After all I waited for 30 hrs got home to play halo 3. Sense they gave it a 5 o 5. An it was a huge let down. The main campain was bacisly just redone using some of the same maps from the first one.Sure online co-op is great but damn they coulda made this a download add on or something.

Ok, if you really want to know the news then I'm going to tell you, but they might take down my post pretty fast because I am going to give it away online. Just about a month ago, I, along with about 100 other guys auditioned for a new reality tv show on G4. The concept is a reality show where the "Ladies of G4" (Morgan Webb, Kristin Holt, Blaire Butler, Olivia Munn, and Layla Kayleigh) will be competing to be the perfect girlfriend to a video gamer. I'm not sure what type of guy they were looking for, but I'm one of the top 3 finalists! Lucky me.

Hopefully its g4 getting rid of the cruddy shows such as cops, cheaters, man show, jamie kennedy, and arrested development. I'm getting sick of those shows hopefully it'll be back as a gamer and tech program with some anime and j a p anese shows like ninja warrior. I miss judgement day and all the other game shows. Plz let it be that.

nope, olivia's not preggo . . . she just corrected kevin about menopause cuz she was being visited by aunt flow. Yeah, that means she's def not pregged up. Neither is Kevin, it's impossible.

I heard it's a rumor that the FF 7 remake is going to be in HD, and Cloud is pregnant by the President of Iran.

I REALLY hope they bring back all the old shows from their early days. I loved wathing filter (before it was crap), Icons (back when it was actually game related) and Judgement day. I doubt that will happen though. It will just be somethin dumb, and all my past memories will never be revived T.T

wouldn't it be great if there was a show that took an hour long segment that revolved around the virals you see hosted on aots? AND it's hosted by the Star Wars Kid. How cool is that??? You could literally watch these videos, their chains, remixes, and more videos for hours! That would be a great replacement for cops and cheaters!

The only thing I find think of at this moment (just woke up) is a Killzone 2 beta. They could also be going to the company that made it Guerilla. It can also be something relating to Halo 3 and that would be it for games.

The other things it might be is that the characters from when the network was just G4 are coming back. Better yet it could be nothing and be something small like Kevin's birthday. Plus an aniversary on the same day big news, lol.

Maybe they will go back to finally focosing on video games than you tube! And maybe they will talk about good video games and other video games such as Smackdown1 Vs Raw 2008. I hope you people from G4 read this too. Talk more about wrestling games! Smackdown vs raw 2008! The biggest game next to Halo to come out for all systems. Mater of fact, I will choose SVR over Halo anyday. G4 you suck! You usto be hot back in the old days when everything was all about video games. And I hope you put this up on T.V too. Alright. I'm calling it. Its HD. And if its not what is wrong with them at G4. How can you have a show all about tech and Next Gen games and not be HD. Okay we get it: G4 mainly runs Shows that were not filmed in HD(Cops, Ninja Warrior, Star Trek) But we can at least have Xplay, AOTS, (What ever happen to Electric Playground coming back). We are reviewing Next Gen games with sub standard equipment and watching it threw our HDTVs. Thats just not right. Can you Imagine Code Monkeys in HD? Its like brushing your teeth and then trying to drink OJ. Something just doesn't taste right,but we still do it.

I know this is way out there, but Maybe they're announcing and finalizing the FF7 remake due to speculation at the TGS i mean a Sony exec put post it notes with "Congratulations on 10 great years, the best is yet to come." Plus in the review on X play for FF13 versus Adam Sessler said "And im not talking about cloud strife...or am i?" Finally the surprise ending at the end of crisis core that shows the tech demo from previous years, but with added things i mean could it be Square Enix decided to allow a station about Video Games make this big of an announcement, to sum its wishful thinking but i mean come on read what others are writing lol...

Yeah that was unexpected to hear the word sh*t be said uncensored. Of course you're allowed to say that word on cable but some networks want to prevent lawsuits I think amongst the parents. Also no this announcement was set in stone well before that so I doubt it. lol
