@Kami, this channel's demographic is clearly not for younger kids. Should those younger kids watch shows like CSI and Law and Order? No, they shouldn't and they don't because they're graphically violent at times. I agree that smoking pot isn't something that we shouldn't put in a positive light for younger children, just like we don't with drinking and tobacco, but this is a network intended for a college or mid to late 20s demographic and if an adult, by their own free will, wishes to smoke marijuana they should have the right to just as a television network, intended for adults, has the right to broadcast and report on marijuana related topics.

That's the beauty of freedom and, as far as censoring that goes, that is not something any larger authority should have a right to carry out. Censoring is something that should go on only on a personal level, within families and within schools, for the most part. But here, as 5:00 am has come and gone on 4.20, i find myself rambling on, forgetting the holiday that lay before me once i wake (and bake) and i must bid a Happy 420 to all, and to all a goodnight!

lucky711 you are an idiot if your post is serious. If you are not aware that most of the G4's users use "weed" you should be now. I applaud G4 for having the balls to show support for the effort to educate the public about marijuana use, products, and culture. As there is no scientific basis for the illegality of marijuana I am proud to say I am Pro-legalization of Marijuana/Cannabis/Hemp for commercial as well as recreational use.

I've never heard of G4 before I saw this special on 420. I thought it was great, and I really think you could up your ratings, there is nothing wrong with showing something interesting and true. Smoking weed has been given such a false negative reputation for the wrong reasons. It's great that more people are opening their eyes and realizing that the prohibition isn't working. Wow.. I don't even know where to begin. I LOVE the fact that G4 celebrated 420. The coolest thing ever. America needs to realize how much better weed is than alcohol. I have never been able to take medication from the doctor, i mean sometimes. But in general, I don't like to. Does nothing for me. But weed.. the only thing that makes my headaches n pains go away. Also helps my stress, my eating habits, and all around makes reality better. Makes work easier, and just is amazing. Can't stress how much good i think it would do if it was treated just as alcohol is. 21 and up, and not driving (which p.s. is easier to do high, than drunk.) Because see.. you can actually function when yer stoned, where as if your drunk, you can't. ANYTHING BEER CAN DO WEED CAN DO BETTER!! and with that i bid you all a goodnight, and hope you all had a wonderful 420. I know i did.. what i can remember anyway. haha. those who dont do weed.. dont know what they are missing. just try it. you'll see. :)
